Tim was a fantastic agent! We were looking to buy in Washington from California, so there was frequent back and forth chat/telephone time and he would always get back to us quickly. When we came up to actually look at houses, it was a intense 3 days, and he gave us all the time we needed to find our perfect home (of course it was the last house on the last day!). During the escrow period, he was wonderful in coordinating everything needed, and ensured everything was going smoothly. Even after close, when a small problem popped up, he was immediately available (even on a Weekend evening) to help us resolve it. I found Tim through Realtor.com while looking for a new house. He was quick to answer question or track down the answer to questions he did not know. He also helped when the builder decided to move up the closing date less than 30-days to go and he pushed back for me and got the date I wanted.
Because of his performance on buying a new home, I decided to ask him to help with selling existing home, which was a long drive from his normal area. This involved finding the right people, such as staging, that would cover the new area. The contractor left some stuff for me and Tim picked that stuff up for me and shipped it to me quickly as I needed that part for my new home. (Part of my ceiling fan) Again, Tim was quick to answer my questions. While the house he helped me buy was my second time buying a home, this was my first time selling a home. And in this market, with high interest rates, he still managed to get me $26k over asking. And asking was over what I was hoping to get, so I could not be happier. 2024

My wife and I highly recommend realtor Tim McKeown!! We were in the market for a second home in Washington and were referred to Tim through realtor.com after inquiring on several properties. Within 30 minutes of inquiring on a property or two on realtor.com, Tim called us and we were began the process of searching for a home, remotely and in an unfamiliar market, in earnest. Tim has been wonderful to work with! We bought our house sight unseen and he worked hard to make sure we got a good feel for the house with all of our questions answered. We felt informed and comfortable making decisions with his guidance although we live states away.
