In all, Heather was responsive and helpful. However, when we asked that the seller make some repairs, we felt that the sellers realtor imposed her will over Heather. Examples: properly re-install sump pump so that it was supported at bottom of sump pump pit and install no fault circuits near water in kitchen and bathroom. The seller's refused to make these repairs. Less than a week after our close date, sump pump with wrong installation failed. We felt Heather could have been more forceful on our behalf.
