Seems nice enough and is a well established agent but our experience with her was disappointing to say the least. We bought our house after doing a FaceTime walk thru. House is amazing, everything we wanted. We made a full cash offer. On the final walk thru we noted two broken windows. Jackie said she would contact the sellers and get it handled. So we closed and come to find out she never got the windows fixed. When I contacted her to inquire why the windows were not replaced, she basically told me to bad and the deal is done. Its only a few hundred dollars but I think its pretty unethical to not represent your clients best interest and requests. And not that its was required of her but what kind of agent doesnt deliver the keys to the buyers when they arrive. 2021

Jackie was great. But another listing realtor that had a house we were interested in would not budge on price. Then the day, hours before, we were to close on the one we got. The realtor with the house we were first interested in lowered the asking price to lower than what I had offered two different times and dollar amount offers. Which was also $5000 less than the house we purchased. But at that point i was under contract and as i understand had no other option but to close on the house that we purchased. 2019
