Lucian is one of the nicest realtors Ive met. The funny thing is, he wasnt our realtor, he was the owners realtor. We didnt even meet until after the closing. Lucian got us a pre-approval letter after my own mortgage company took too long. He recommended the mortgage firm and even a handyman. He is knowledgeable and was always available for questions. We needed pics of the house and he took tons including the attic. He even went on the roof to show that the chimney plate was replaced. At his own expense, Lucian had the fireplace repaired before we even moved in. After texting, we met for breakfast and he even picked up the tab. We are still friends today. Lucian also bought us a expensive BBQ knowing we needed one as a house warming gift. You dont see this from other realtors and Ive bought multiple properties in my lifetime. Before we decided to list our house for sale, we checked several websites to get a sense of its market value. Then we asked Luchian for a market evaluation. His estimate was considerably higher than the online estimates, so we thought we would have plenty of room to negotiate with any potential buyers. After signing the contract, Luke brought a professional photographer in to take pictures for the listing. He made recommendations on improvements that would minimize our costs, and emphasize the areas of value to potential buyers. We received two offers on the 1st day of the listing, and had to have some minor repairs done after the home inspectors report. Luke gave us several sources of local repairmen, and we chose someone with a reasonable quote who did a capable job. We followed his advice on every issue, and it paid off with a satisfactory outcome for us. Luke is, literally, a FULL SERVICE Real Estate Agent and a pleasure to do business with!
