I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea About the process whatsoever when I 1st started taking a look at homes or what to expect throughout the process. I am a single mother with a 7 year old and needed a house after selling a marital home. The amount of time and effort Ron Lovelace put into walking me through the process is unbelievable, I wasn't even sure I could afford a house. Ron Lovelace found me dozens of properties or more that would fit right into what we wanted and helped me navigate dozens of real estate websites and look at other possible properties. And then when speaking with another realtor Ron found a home that was perfect for me and within my budget.
