Trista is amazing. She listed our home for 20k more than we were going to list it for. Then sold it for 5k more than she listed it for. Not to mention we got an offer 4 hours after it hit the market. Trista is amazing! She is truly a professional and does what is best for you. Trista really listens to you and what you are looking for and then she get things done. I got the best deal I could possibly hope for and she did everything she could for me all along the way. She was almost always available for me immediately and when she wasn't I did not have to wait long before she was calling or texting me back. The closing process for me was a long one with a LOT of hang ups. Trista was able to navigate me through all of them smoothly. I am certain that if I had another agent they wouldn't have been able to get me into the home I have now. If I ever look to purchase real estate again Trista will be the first one I call because I can trust her.
