Julie has been my exclusive real estate agent for many years. I have purchased around 20 distressed homes through her, remodeled them, and then sold them through her as well. Obviously I have full trust in Julie, she is not only professional in how she deals with me, but she has become much more than that, she has become my friend. Previous to knowing Julie I would attempt to purchase homes through auctions or foreclosures, Julie saved me a lot of wasted time searching for potential profitable homes to buy. Through her I was able to find homes that I wanted to buy with little effort on my part, Sometimes I would make offers to buy a home without even looking at it, that's how much I trusted her. She would help me with remodeling the house through giving tips on how to remodel it, ideas in how to give the home the wow factor. When I wasn't able to do necessary yard work because I lived 3 hours away from Moses Lake, she would do it. Once she even planted the lawn and took care of it! I would recommend Julie's service to anyone, she is reliable, loyal, trustworthy and honest.
