10/10 would recommend working with Katie for finding/buying your next house! My husband and I were first time home buyers, and Katie walked with us every step of the way to get us to closing day. She was super personable and made us feel heard, comfortable, motivated, and empowered with the right knowledge/insight to make the best decision for our first house! Not only was she experienced/professional as our realtor, but we could also tell that she genuinely cared about us too and wanted to make sure we got the house we wanted and had all our needs met.
