I contacted Ashley while I was on my way to Spearfish, and she responded quickly and found time out of her personal schedule to show us some houses that evening. She was the best realtor I have worked with, and went above and beyond to make sure we were getting what we wanted at the price we wanted it. She was knowledgeable about the area, the housing markets, and anything we had questions on. Since our purchase, 8 months ago, she has continued to be a community support for us. I highly recommend working with Ashley! She is by far the best realtor I have worked with!

Ashley is the best. She helped up buy the house and negotiated an great price and was fast to find us a house we wanted. When it came time to sell and move, she was right there for us. She help us make decisions that impacted the value of our home. As a result we were able to sell our house in under a month for an even better price then we hope.
