This is my second time working with Wendy, and I will not be using her again. Her communication lacks severely. She does not answer phone calls or text messages and takes days sometimes to respond to emails if she does at all. There would be documents that just showed up in my email to be signed and if I did not check my email regularly, I would not know. There were multiple times I had questions or concerns about the transaction and could not get ahold of her. At one point I had to reach out to my local realtor to help me because I could not reach her. I have bought and sold a few houses so I am sort of familiar with the process but, if you are a first-time buyer/seller I would 100% look elsewhere. 2023
