We stumbled on to Tim by shear luck. But he was nice, responsive and helpful from day one. He showed us a couple properties before we made an offer on one. Tim and Kristen White did a wonderful job selling my father-in-law's house in Randleman. They took care of arranging for the yard to be mowed while the house was on the market, and they also organized some much-needed repairs for the home. They came highly recommended by our mutual friend Phillip Ball, and he was so right about the two of them! In addition, a week after we purchased our home we had a water pipe bust, Tim and Kristen came out on a Friday night and spent 4 hours digging in the mud helping us fix the leak.
