It was my first time buying a home, but not my first experience with looking at houses with realtors. Personally, the thing that stood out to me most about Tim, was his attitude when showing houses. Whenever I have been along to showings with friends/ family and their realtor, they clearly have one objective: let's sell you THIS house, regardless if it is right for you or not. None of that from Tim, it was almost as if he was putting himself in my shoes and would point out pros and cons to each property based on what I had asked from him. Overall, the whole experience of actually finding a home was way better than I expected it to be, all of which I attribute to Tim.
