We've bought and given away property, but, this was our first experience with selling a home and property. Sheesh, what a mountain of paperwork, intimidating. Vickie, however, walked us through each and every page, explaining what the legalese meant and how to answer in a short, but, concise, manner. Once through all of that, she efficiently and accurately got it advertised in all the right places. Home went in about 10 days and for the price we were looking for. Marvelous realtor, and, now, agood friend to boot. Let her work with you, buying or selling, she won't let you down.
