From the start, Elena took the time to listen in detail to myself and my fianc what we needed, what we didnt, what areas we wanted to be in, and where we did not and she never strayed from our parameters. She tailored her showing schedule to me, always making sure that whatever we did, it worked best for me.
At showings, she paid attention to details great and small in the homes, and was able to thoroughly discuss any concerns I had. She always had my interests first, and pointed out problems or potential problems, as well as good features I might have missed. She wanted whatever home we found to be as great a fit as I did!
When it came time to close on the (rental) deal, her paperwork was always in order, signed and sent early, and she was willing to take as much time as I wanted to go through things and answer questions. She is also a marvelous negotiator: she took my request for a reduction in rent and achieved twice what I asked for! Again, our interests were always her interests, without question.
