If you're looking for a Realtor, Craig Hickey is the man to hire! I luckily found him on Zillow and what a blessing that was for me and my Husband. It's our first time looking for a home while expecting our first bundle of joy so we were in a hurry to find the perfect place for our growing family. The first time getting in contact with Craig it was through text which was okay with me because Zillow connected us, I was interested in a home that was in contingent but completely in love with the house. Craig was able to get us in to see that house immediately with the option to get in a offer if we wanted, which was amazing to me that he didn't steer us away from a house that was in contingent but if there was a way for us to still bid he made sure that happened. The first house was a bust because pictures are deceiving and Craig was going to make sure we knew what was WRONG with the house in every way before we made up our mind which was a great for us, we weren't knowledgeable about houses and what not to look for when shopping for one. We truly lucked up with Craig. We initially met him through a random request to view a property sent through the realtor.com app. He was prompt in responding, met us there and educated us on the status of the house, condition of the property-- and although we did not purchase that property, he became our realtor to help us sell our current residence as well as helping us to find and hopefully purchase a new home. The home we hope to buy, he had immediate contacts for inspection, had a company come in to give quotes on repair to help with the price negotiation, and helped us navigate acquiring a mortgage with a big bank.
