I would have to say they are the most unethical realtors around. this whole house buying process has been a nightmare, they dont like to return calls and dont like to work with other realtors, in fact they didnt present my offer to the seller because my realtor was out of town, The most unethical act was they contacted another realtor about asked about how serious i was as a buyer, then they took it upon themselves to basically blackball me as a buyer based on the false information provided to them by that agent, they would never called my realtor back nor, did they submit my offer that was offered a week ahead of other offers to the seller, (how i know cause i spoke to the seller) when calling for information about the house or any house with their name on it, they will try to get u to use the Burk team as your realtor, when the work for the seller as well, i will be filing a formal complaint with TREC about this group soon, when a Team is working for both sides it becomes conflict of interest, its realtors like this that make this whole process sickening, Somebody tell me are all Realtors like this, Snakes in a grass. 2018
