Kim was absolutely phenomenal to work with when buying our first home. She helped us in so many ways and really went above and beyond what a realtor should do. We had a lot of troubles with an underwriter and I called Kim crying in absolute frustration with the bank and Kim stepped up and got a hold of the bank, and her contacts to help get things straightened out and even made sure we had a plan b if all fell through with our bank. She really put all of her focus into making sure we were going to get the house of our dreams for our family. She was always making sure to have our backs and to protect us in everything big and small that comes with house buying. During the whole process we never felt alone and always knew we had Kim to call if we had any questions. She really made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Kim was simply amazing! She helped my family sell our house and purchase our dream home. We had multiple offers within 1 day of being on the market. She walked us through each offer and made sure we understood everything and helped us make the best decision possible. Unfortunately the first offer didnt work out and we started to get frustrated but Kim quickly knew what to do and started working on the next offer. When we purchased our dream home Kim was with us every step of the way! This was our first time purchasing new construction and we where blessed to have Kim! She definitely knows what she is doing. Kim came with us to our spec meeting and took notes on everything for us! She constantly checked with the builders for updates and checked her notes to make sure they followed through with everything we had requested. We had some bumps on the way and we where probably difficult to work with at times but Kim was always amazing with us no matter what!
