Tanner has sold 2 houses for me now and I wouldn't consider calling another Realtor. There are a lot of Realtors out there, but I haven't met many that are as knowledgeable and passionate about their customers experience. I still call Tanner for advice and he never hesitates to get me fast answers. Feels like you are working with a friend.
Can't say enough great things about Tanner and Black Tie Realty. He went above and beyond and got me way more out of my house and property than I had been quoted by another agent from another company. From the description to the pics of the property and house, everything was amazing. I think we had 6 showings lined up within an hour or so of him posting it and the first showing the following day I was offered full asking price and took it. Tanner is so knowledgable about comps and pricing correctly it just blew me away. He knows what the buyers and sellers are looking for and I am still working with him on 2 other properties. Tanner was incredibly helpful when I wanted to buy my first home. I knew about six months out that I was moving to Danville from out of state for a new job and started looking for houses. I initially visited Danville for a day to look at houses with a different agent and didn't see anything I liked. Driving through town I saw Tanner's sign outside some new homes under construction. Once I got home, I contacted him. He was responsive and helped me through the logistics of buying my first home without being able to visit it due to my living across the country. He sent photos of another house of the same model (as the one I was interested in buying was still being built) and different options for things such as flooring choices. Doing the initial contract all remotely was straightforward, and closing in person was easy. Tanner also had recommendations for things such as an inspector and a mortgage company, which was quite helpful since I am not familiar with Danville. I am happy with my purchase and my experience with Tanner.
Tanner goes out of his way and is extremely knowledgeable in his field. Hes been our realtor for a few years now and has found us multiple properties and knows exactly what we are looking for. I would highly recommend Tanner for anyone needing a realtor!
We couldnt have asked for a better agent through the process of selling our home in a timely manor. We were in a tough situation trying to sell and find a new house all in a months time frame and Tanner did it. We got our full asking price and found the perfect home to move into. Tanner will handle all interactions in the process, he helped me shoveling dirt that was requested by the buyer (I dont know of any realtor who would do that), and just really went above and beyond in every aspect. We will use Tanner for all of our realty needs in the future as long as hes available.

From the beginning he provided us with so much helpful information, eased our anxiety and walked us through every step of the process (even when we changed the plan drastically). He helped us find the perfect house and was so knowledgeable during walk throughs. We hit some speedbumps with our buyers agents, and Tanner really went to bat for us making sure we closed in a timely manner, even strategizing ways for our closings to line up that we never considered. He answered our numerous calls and texts responsively and was super understanding of all of our needs and concerns. Tanner even chased our dog down for us when he accidentally escaped during the process! Clearly he goes above and beyond.
