Absolutely fantastic! Steve was professional, friendly and incredibly responsive. He gave valuable advice, had a great selection of also incredible contacts for lawyers, inspectors, movers etc. During a trying market during COVID times, Steve made every effort to be accommodating for both the buying of a new home and the selling of our existing one. He walked us through every step and answered every question almost immediately! I would definitely recommend him to others (and already have)
Selling a home is stressful enough and during a pandemic was even more stressful!! But with Steve, it was an exceptional experience. Steve is the best realtor we ever had since we tend to move quite readily for our jobs!! He is organized, knew how to price the property, marketed it properly and was passionate and energetic to do everything in order to sell our house!! He led us through the whole process and made it easy for us! We just followed what needed to be done and he followed up on some items too since we had temporarily moved to Seattle.
