She does a great job of guiding you through the whole process of writing up a purchase agreement, assisting in determining what contingencies may need to be addressed, and making sure you are making an offer that the sellers will look at. But she doesnt stop working for you once the purchase agreement is signed, she is there looking for resources if you need them, coordinating inspections, working with the lenders, the title companies the assessors office, the surveyors and who ever else you may need to get the deal done. Joann works hard at her job, she knows the industry well, she knows the market well and she isnt afraid to do the hard work when needed.
