This past spring we purchased a foreclosed VA property. Getting the title properly transferred took a lot of knowledge on Kristens part and communication skills to properly negotiate the deal. This was at least a 2 month ordeal, perhaps longer, but Kristen stayed in contact with us, even if it was just to tell us that the VA attorney still hadnt signed off on it yet.
