When I contacted Terry about my interest to purchase my first home he jumped right in and met with me that same evening. I had already done some homework, i.e.. had talked with a broker and looked at some homes that matched what I was looking for. He immediately had a vision recommending what I needed to do next to build on my progress. His professional observations on what to do next were on point plus he already knew and had worked with the broker company I was working with. I decided I wanted him to be my realtor, we shook hands and right then he turned that vision into a plan in minutes!

The next morning (by 5 am already!) I see an email with a list of homes that matched my criteria for me to look at and had also send a note to my broker introducing himself. Talk about being driven and proactive!

Two days later he arranged a visit to a place I loved. Terry provided me helpful advice on things to focus on when determining quality and condition of a place, and shared with me the research he had already done on the HOA where the property was.

I loved the place and ended up submitting an offer. He coordinated with the sellers and my broker to make everything seamless. He even managed to get me a deal from the asking price. Through all the closing paperwork he was on top of it, communicating via email, text and phone with updates.

From beginning to end he was full enthusiasm and contagious, positive energy. I can say, with immense gratitude, that having Terry as my realtor had a critical positive impact making my first-time homeowner experience so much better and stress free. Thanks Terry!
