Homebuying is stressful. With the competitive market and interest rates rising, it seems almost impossible to get a "good deal" on a home. Thankfully, I picked a good agent! Todd went above and beyond to find me a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, with a finished basement UNDER my price range. His real estate knowledge was able to put in a competitive offer for me and come out on top. One thing I loved the most about working with Todd is his ability to say no. Todd assisted us in buying a new home and selling our previous home. Overall, the buying and selling experience was phenomenal. When showing us houses he really listened to what we were looking for and helped us to find houses that would work well with both what I and my husband were looking for. When we found the right house, he helped us secure a new pre-approval letter that would help to strengthen our offer (at 7pm on a Friday!). Throughout the buying process he was there for each and every step. When mold was found on the inspection he was able to get an expert out the next morning so we would know exactly what we needed to ask the seller for to remediate the problem correctly.
While selling our house, Todd was knowledgeable of the market in our area and encouraged us to list slightly higher than my husband and I had assumed we could get. His expertise was right, and we got an above asking offer in less than 3 days on the market! Then through the selling process he assisted us through everything and handled all of the negotiations regarding the inspection professionally. He smoothed any bumps in the road that resulted from the buyer and his agent.
Overall, communication was phenomenal. When purchasing our first home with another agent, I felt as if I wasnt a priority. With Todd I always felt as if we were his most important clients.
