JJ did such a good job in advance of our visit getting to understand our needs and wants that the 6-7 houses we saw on our first visit were all great candidates. A couple properties were such great candidates that we elected to accelerate our timeline from the initial expectation we set that our purchase was 6-9 months away.
JJ's attention to detail and thoroughness are his two characteristics I'd highlight for perspective clients. We never felt surprised by anything during the process because JJ had already thought about it and was able to easily advise us.
I'm not sure if we were more demanding buyers once we were under contract on a house but during the points in the process where we were communicating with JJ multiple times a day he always had quick and thoughtful responses (at all hours of the day and night).
We can't say enough good things about JJ and hope to be able to recommend him to friends and family in the future.
