I sold a house faster and for more than expected, then I bought an incredibly awesome, *income-producing* house for a great price. Nick made things happen and the entire experience was top notch. He priced the house I was selling well, presented it well, and got buyers in to have a look. He did a great job identifying the best next-house for me and took care of all of the legwork involved- and there was a lot to be done because this was new construction in one of the hottest parts of Savannah.

I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to sell a home the right way. He was quick and professional without the uncertainty and run-around that you can get from some realtors. I know Jesus built houses, but if he sold them, I bet he would sell them like Nick! I never thought our house on Isle of Hope would sell but Nick preformed a miracle for us and sold our home in a little over four months after it had been on the market for a year and a half. My wife jokes that he's some kind of house whisperer but to me he's more of a miracle worker. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has listed with another agent and didn't get results.
