When our mom passed away wand we needed to sell her townhouse I called Maureen because I always see her social media posts about her new listings and closing day celebrations for her buyers and sellers.
Maureen and Pam sat down with us prepared with comparable properties that were listed or had sold within the past year. This was so helpful to let us know where we should be starting. They also explained the whole process and what we should expect. Maureen and Pam set up the house for photos and viewing and it looked great.
