RUN... Her and her daughter Olivia are the worse. Very untrustworthy realtors. I have bought 4 different houses and they are by far the worse realtors I have ever worked with. They do not look out for their clients best interest. They are only looking to make a quick sale/buy. 2022
From our initial consultation, to our closing Anita was absolutely amazing. She listed our house for 10% more than what we thought we would be able to get for it, and found a buyer in less than a week. She literally handled everything. Horrible experience!! Do not work with Anita if you want a clear game plan, communication, ethical behavior and effort into selling your home! Took over a month to get a sign up. Didn't suggest an open house and had an excuse as to why when I asked for one! I had NO interest in my house and she said the price was too high. So I lowered it. Then found out her "friend of a friend" deal on a lower commission meant low balling the buyers realtor so that's why I had no interest! When I brought this up, instead of saying let's increase the % she put all the blame on me! Said the price was too high and no one wanted to look at my home because I wanted it to be by appointment only-I wanted to ensure the house was clean and my cats put away! Now I'm asking to get out of the contract so I can work with a realtor who will be fair and ethical and her and her boss Greg Armstrong are trying to get commission out of the deal when someone else will do all the work!! Now I'm having to file a complaint with Florida's realtor association! Oh and watch out for her "lease" your home idea if you want to buy something before you sell!! What a nightmare!! 2018
