Saved Me Thousands During a New Home Build! The Absolute Best , a buyer from Winter Park, FL
I cannot express how happy I am with Amanda and her services. I have purchased homes before in the past and have used other realtors, none equivalent or anywhere near as good as Amanda.
One word to describe her, THOROUGH. She is VERY, VERY thorough. When it comes to making the largest purchase of your life, thorough is what you want to hear! So thorough in fact she saved me from purchasing a lot that I couldn't have built a pool on (this I would have NEVER known if it weren't for her).
This eventually lead to me purchasing a dream home and a lot in a different subdivision, one where I can actually build my dream pool :)
I purchased a new home with Meritage and she negotiated upgrades and the price of my lot, saving me thousands.
When it came time for lending, I gave up on finding a lender who would beat the builders credits towards closing and interest rate, however Amanda did not! This not only saved me thousands up front but also thousands for years to come.
