Michelle was a pleasure to have as a realtor. This was my first time purchasing so, needless to say, I had a ton of questions! Not only did she encourage me to ask my questions, but she answered the ones she could and would find the answers to the ones she couldnt. Michelle was an invaluable resource during our home buying process. Moving from out of town was tough and difficult given the hot sellers market. She set us up with email alerts (which we checked more than regularly) and was always available when we called to setup a showing. Because of our travel time to the area, she bent over backwards to have availability to see these houses, often on short notice. We were also impressed with her organization, understanding of the market and nearby houses, and overall knowledge of putting in a competitive offer.
