Alex was incredible from start to finish. We first met her on Halloween weekend and didn't find our house until February and probably toured 15 in between before we found our home, and the entire time she was so patient with us, so good about keeping us up to date on houses we might like. Alex is so great, I worked with her twice. Alex responded to my initial inquiry in 2019 to buy a house quickly and met with me to talk through what I was looking for. Alex found a few good ones that fit my criteria and I found a house I liked quickly. Alex helped out a lot as far as negotiating and was always responsive.
I ended up selling that house just a couple years later and buying again. The selling process was pretty stressful, but that was because of the shady buyer. Nonetheless, Alex was really responsive and really stood up for me to a dirty buyer and we got through it. The house we bought was a new construction, so that was pretty straightforward, but I'm still glad we had Alex in our corner. The in-house lender was jerking us around and Alex was quick to reach out and keep us updated.
