We were nervous about selling our property, met with Jenna and she immediately explained the process and made us comfortable from day one. She is knowledgeable and honest. It was obvious there is a lot of experience with her! Also quick to answer any questions we had a long the way. Everything went so smooth and quick, we could not have done this without her help! Highly recommend working with her with any your real estate needs

Hill Family Properties, a seller from Welcome, NC
Jenna is proficient, courteous and knowledgeable in her field. She was able to overcome obstacles during our transaction to reduce our level of stress. Very easy to get in touch with and responded thoroughly to any questions we had. I highly recommend McKenzie Real Estate to anyone looking to sell or buy property!

Everything about working with Jenna on the sale of our home was great except the closing closes. Somehow we paid all the closing costs on the sale and all the closing on our new home as well. I believe its our fault, but dont remember it ever being discussed. However, I would pick Jenna all over again. Shes knowledgeable and representatived is well.

Anonymous, a seller from Asheboro, NC

If a zero rating was an option, Jenna McKenzie of McKenzie Real Estate of NC located at 103 Worth Street, Asheboro NC 27203 would get nothing since they did absolutely nothing but prevent the marketing, promoting, or selling of my property in the exhausting 30 days before I terminated the Listing Agreement with them for reasons of Fundamental Breach of Contract, unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge of Real Estate Transactions, failure to adhere to the Code of Ethics and Standards of the NCREC, breach of client confidentuality, failure to show the property, failure to procure a prospective buyer, client/realtor misrepresentation, fraudulent identification and failure to upload the property's listing on MLS of the Triad until 14 days after the initial date the Selling Agreement Listing was signed. The 1st mistake was the expiration date of the agreement which was 5 months prior to the date it began. I shared specifics in order to provide a basis in which she could gain a vast knowledge base of how to maintain your client base and build customer relations. I explained that my purpose has always been to empower women and my purpose in sharing this directives with her and her agency was to assist her going forward to make sure that she can gain successful employment in the future. But instead she decided to do the opposite. A "Protected Buyers List" was attached to the email she sent me which stated that I had to sign the correction to the expiration date before I could obtain the Termination Form which was dated 04/11/2020. She attached a Protected Prospective Buyers List which was compiled of 9 names, and on this list was names and phone numbers of unauthorized names that they claimed McKenzie Real Estate had procured for me. Supposedly the master minds behind this decision thought that by adding names that were procured by McKenzie Real Estate (since there were actually NO prospective buyers procured by them at all) might somehow make the agency appear to have actually been acting on my behalf in trying to sell my property they never even shown it once in those 30 days. So how in world did the McKenzie Real Estate Agency recieve Potential Buyers from Facebook for a property that was never advertised on facebook. I contacted them and the denied any contact at all with McKenzie Real Estate. These people are livid. I procured my own buyer. Someone who had never met or talked to anyone from the McKenzie Real Estate Agency. Every aspect of the 30 day short relationship before I asked for a termination of this ridiculous Real Estate Contract Agreement was an Epic Fail. When a person is listed on a Protected Buyer's list a written authorization should be obtained! If a Realtor discloses someone's name and personal cell number or the fraudulent use of someone's identity, is incomprehensible. As well as will result in multiple ramifications. McKenzie Real Estate can be found on Facebook displaying all of their exciting daily adventures, Proms, playing, posing and parading not working.
Almost every hour of every day you can go on McKenzie Real Estate fb and you can see for yourself that this has been proven to show their major focus has always been on their desire to emulate a "Selling Sunset" Persona. In which they are a couple of stellettos short!

If a zero rating was an option, Jenna McKenzie, Brandon McKenzie, Ashley Spinks and McKenzie Real Estate of NC located at 103 Worth Street, Asheboro NC 27203 would get nothing since they did absolutely nothing but prevent the marketing, promoting, or selling of my property in the exhausting 30 days before I terminated the Listing Agreement with them for reasons of Fundamental Breach of Contract, unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge of Real Estate Transactions, failure to adhere to the Code of Ethics and Standards of the NCREC, breach of client confidentuality, misrepresentation and fraudulent identification and failure to upload the property's listing on MLS of the Triad until 14 days after the initial date the Selling Agreement. Jenna Hill McKenzie, Brandon McKenzie and Ashley Spinks made a series of several serious mistakes. I shared specifics in order to provide a basis in which Ashley Spinks could gain a vast knowledge base of how to maintain your client base and build customer relations. I explained that my purpose has always been to empower women and my purpose in sharing these directives with Ashley Spinks was to assist her going forward to make sure that she can gain successful employment in the future. But instead they decided to do the opposite. A "Protected Buyers List" they attached to the forms with the corrected date listed contained unauthorized personal cell phone numbers of supposed potential buyers. So how in world did the McKenzie Real Estate Agency recieve a Potential Buyer from Facebook for a property that was never advertised on facebook. They denied having any contact at all with the McKenzie Agency. In fact these people involved on this list of names are absolutely livid. As they have every right to be. A breach of confidentually is prohibited by Realtors. I procured my own buyer. Someone who had never met or talked to anyone from the McKenzie Real Estate Agency. Just before Christmas Brandon McKenzie called me on my cell and introduced himself as Brandon with Coldwell Bankers. He threatened me with legal action on behalf of the McKenzie Real Estate Agency for the $7000.00 in commission that he claimed I owed them or I would come across as a shady person (?). After I laughingly explained to Mr. Brandon with Coldwell Bankers that I knew who he was. He admitted that he was in fact Brandon McKenzie and he was the OWNER of McKenzie Real Estate. According to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission Brandon McKenzie has never worked with or been affliated with Coldwell Bankers. In the email that Ashley Spinks sent to me stated: Once you have signed these documents, our agreement will be terminated. Meaning that I had to first sign the new Sell Listing Agreement again changing the date that was 04/11/19, 5 months prior to the start date and you can then have the Termination Form. Attached was an unauthorized list of protective buyers with names and personal information including phone numbers, and the worst thing is, this was a useless tactic because these names were never procured for me at all. So why?
MR really does provide great entertainment on their FB pages but Real Estate (?) Not So Much !
Ck out McKenzie Real Estate, Ashley Spinks, Jenna and Brandon McKenzie's Facebooks and you will see for yourself that they have proven to show their major focus has always been on their desire to emulate a "Selling Sunset" Persona. In which they are a couple of stilettos short!

If a zero rating was an option, Jenna McKenzie, Brandon McKenzie, Ashley Spinks and McKenzie Real Estate would get nothing since they did nothing to market, promote, or sell my property in the 30 days before I terminated the Listing Agreement with them. Jenna McKenzie, Brandon McKenzie and Ashley Spinks made several serious mistakes while being under contract with me on this property as well as after during the Termination Agreement Contract in which they forced me to sign a revised Sell Listing Agreement because they had mad the expiration date 5 months prior to the initial date of the agreement. After I terminated my agreement with McKenzie Real Estate and I had marketed and sold my home on my own to someone who had never met or talked to anyone from the McKenzie Real Estate Agency, Brandon McKenzie called me on my cell and introduced himself as Brandon with Coldwell Bankers and in an attempt to sound like an attorney he threatened me with legal action on behalf of the McKenzie Real Estate Agency for the 7k commission that I owed them or I would come across as a shady person (?) After I laughingly explained to Mr Coldwell Bankers that I know who he was, Brandon, he insulted his own intelligence by admitting it was in fact Brandon McKenzie and he was the owner of McKenzie Real Estate. I explained to him in detail that the multiple issues I had with this agency needed to be revealed to everyone before they make the same mistake I did, and addressed before the NC Real Estate Commission as well as the entire firm reviewed by all agencies that govern North Carolina Business Practices and Ethical Standards. The owners of McKenzie Real Estate of NC, nor did the Realtor Licensed as Ashley Spinks, nor did any of the other Realtors associated with the McKenzie Real Estate firm even pretend to care about the sale of my property. McKenzie Real Estate did not show my property once in 30 days! A Prospective Buyer approached me and asked me to purchase my property and I told him to call Jenna about setting up a viewing, which were not the actual people who actually purchased the property! Jenna told them that my house was not on the market but were steered to houses with a higher sales price. This was 5 days after we had entered into the Sale Agreement Contract. Every aspect of the 30 day short relationship before I asked for a termination of this ridiculous Real Estate Contract Agreement was an Epic Fail. The Sell Listing Agreement done on 09/20/19 had an expiration date of 04/11/19 which was dated 5 months prior to the entry date. It should have read 04/11/20. On 10/21/19 at 634pm Ashley Spinks and Jenna McKenzie and whoever else involved in the following legalities to follow made the poor decision to change the date on the Original Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement to reveal item C of the #1. Term of Agreement: Page 1 of 11, of the Expiration Date of 04/11/2020 and forced me to sign it before I would be granted my Termination. Within each form a detailed note was attached by me explaining the legality of this standard and the Breach of Contract. In the email that Ashley Spinks sent to me stated: Once you have signed these documents, our agreement will be terminated. Meaning that I had to first sign the new Sell Listing Agreement the Termination Form, dated 09/20/19, on this date 10/21/19, and sign the Termination of this Agreement, on 10/21/19. Attached to her email was a List of protective buyers provided to the seller. Protected Buyers provided to the Seller means that McKenzie Real Estate provided these prospective buyers to me. None of this names were provided to me (the Seller) by McKenzie Real Estate (the Agency). My house was not shown by McKenzie Real Estate. The Protector Buyers List it appears that these names were derived from my conversations with Ashley Spinks in her Termination meeting. After the research I have done and the information that has been disclosed to me, it is in my opinion that they sabotaged the sale of my property. Therefore the original listing price was $9500.00 less than the price I accepted selling the property using my own Real Estate Agreement. So I am feel that I am entitled to this $9500.00 difference in the monies lost, punitive and compensatory damages. And I hope that bringing this to the media will help ensure that nobody else is involved in such a horrendous ordeal by making them aware of the actions of McKenzie Real Estate and make sure that their licentries are governed to make sure their comply with the state's ethical and practicing standards. The Real Estate Agents working under the title of McKenzie Real Estate are on Facebook displaying their adventures, dances, outings during normal business hours when they should be working for the clients they represent. Almost every hour of every day you will see this has been proven to show their major focus has always been on their desire to emulate a "Selling Sunset" Persona. In which they are falling short on even in their highest stilettos and they are certainly not representing their selves as having a professional cohesive Real Estate or Property Management business model plan!!

If a zero rating was an option, Jenna McKenzie, Brandon McKenzie, Ashley Spinks and McKenzie Real Estate would get nothing since they did nothing to Market, Promote, or Sell my property. McKenzie Real Estate made several serious mistakes during the 30 days while being under contract with me on this property and a serious mistake on the date I terminated. I terminated my Sell Listing Agreement after the Breech of Contract on behalf of McKenzie Real Estate. A few weeks after the Termination Agreement I sold my property, totally on my own, to someone in which nobody within the McKenzie Agency ever communicated with at all. Several weeks after the sale of my property Brandon McKenzie called me and introduced himself as Brandon with Coldwell Bankers (?) and proceeded to threaten me with legal action for McKenzie Real Estate as if he were an attorney. I told Brandon McKenzie that I knew who he really was and he nor his wife Jenna had done nothing but sabotage the sell of my property. He insulted his own intelligence by admitting he was the owner Brandon McKenzie and I owed them 7k. After a long winded briefing I explained to Mr. Brandon with Coldwell Bankers about the issues that I have with the agency and now him that need to be addressed before the NC Real Estate Commission and reviewed by all agencies that govern North Carolina Business Practices and Ethical Standards. McKenzie Real Estate of NC, nor did the "Realtor" Licensed as Ashley Spinks, who had never sold a property before she was assigned my listing, nor did any of the other Realtors associated with McKenzie Real Estate ever show my property once in the 30 days I allowed them to hold my Sell Agreement. AGAIN in the 30 days that I allowed the agency to botch the sale of my property there was not ONE time that McKenzie Real Estate brought a prospective buyer to my property! Yet a Prospective Buyer approached me in a business in Asheboro that I entered and asked me about purchasing my property and I told him to call Jenna about setting up a viewing, which were not the actual people who actually purchased the property, and Jenna told them that my house was not on the market but were steered to houses with a higher sales price. The number I gave him was Jenna's personal cell number. And it was provided to them 5 days after we had entered into the Sell Listing Agreement Contract was signed which was signed on 09/20/19 with the expiration date listed as 04/11/19 (?). On 10/21/19 Ashley Spinks sent to me stated: Once you have signed these documents, our agreement will be terminated. The List of Protected Buyers Provided to the Sellers list contained names of people in which I had never heard of, and some names with Facebook written beside it. It was Ashley Spinks that iterated to Jenna McKenzie that she in fact was the person whose number I had given out to the Prospective Buyer who was told my house was no on the market. I was never told that anyone had shown interest at all in my property because Jenna, Ashley nor any of the other Realtors in that firm had never communicated to me that anyone had ever called or shown any interest in my home in the 30 days before I Terminated The Listing Agreement which they had terminating on 04/11/19 anyway. The Expiration Date was 5 months prior to the date the Agreement was signed. Just one example of Attention to Detail! They are on Facebook displaying their whereabouts and adventures almost every hour of every day which has proven to show their major focus has always been on and is still on their "Selling Sunset" Persona. In which they are falling short on even in their highest stilettos. They are certainly not representing Sellers or Property Owners as having a professional cohesive Real Estate or Property Management business model plan!!
