She went above and beyond in so many ways: finding us a contractor to renovate, giving us ideas on what and how to renovate, bringing over her own things to help stage the house, providing a perfect price point to list the house, negotiating with the buyer, guiding us through the whole process, and helping us handle all the bumps along the road that happen when you sell a home.
