It feels like we won the lottery with Realtor.com pairing us with Rachel to help with our home buying process here in the US. With the family moving from Canada to Texas, Rachel has really helped us every step of the way. We have been getting daily updates of potential properties that we would like.
With us selling our house in Toronto, it took a few months for us to finally start with the house hunting. Rachel has been checking up with us once in a while just to see if we want to see some properties while we are still going through the updates on our to-be sold home in Canada.
When it started, Rachel would give us insights on the best way into offering into the houses that we liked. She also provided her expert opinion on one specific property where it got into a bidding process. She would caution on offering above the market.
When we found our home in Texas, she made sure that we tried to get as much out of the deal as we can for our benefit and protected us since the funds are dependent on the sale of a property overseas. I am glad the she is on our side and we are much happy with the way the transaction went.
With the fulfilment of the conditional sale, Rachel guided us through the different inspections that we can do to ensure that we are getting the best property that we can. She helped us navigate through the property inspection, and even helped set up the inspection for the AC and foundation. An excellent real estate broker, Rachel has a list of contacts for every possible requirement of the process.
On the way to closing, Rachel has been a steady and supportive agent. We had some concern making the closing because the funds needed to be wired from Canada, she had been in contact with the mortgage title company on our behalf. Until to the point when we got the keys, she has always been a phone call away and ready to help us.
Even now, post close, Rachel has still helped us find the best contacts for renovations that we wanted. If you are a buyer and would like to get the best agent on the market, I could not think of anyone else than Rachel. She will be with you through all the process and more. Rachel is an amazing real estate broker.

There were lots of ups and downs, ins and outs, over and unders, but Rachel stuck with us for 2 years as we battled to get the house that was right for our needs. She was exponentially awesome and we are so thankful.

Rachel was so wonderful (and patient) to work with. As first time homeowners who had no idea what they were doing (and tbhhaving a less than stellar experience elsewhere) Rachels expertise was essential in guiding us through the process and making sure we didnt get scammed. She answered every question, responded to every email, and was nothing short of exceptional. We were so lucky to have her!!
