The best ever, HIGHLY motivated!!! This was the third house I've bought and dealing with USAA was a nightmare. (Don't use USAA for your mortgage, trust me). She showed me 5 houses within a few hours of our first contact. Vivian was in constant contact with the sellers whenever I made an offer. I'd swear I was her only client if I didn't know better. When USAA would ask for documents I'd already submitted (sometimes twice) and fail to respond to my emails and phone calls, she stepped in and went right to the boss. She was at it EVERY single day. I had given up on USAA and their ridiculous approach. But she made it happen, somehow. Cannot recommend Vivian enough. And the closing gifts? Wow!! Being a 1st time home-buyer I had really no idea what to expect or what to do first. I began looking online and making calls/emails to random realtors when I saw a property I liked.
