She begins by listening really listening- to our needs and concerns, our desires and hopes. And she is meticulous in her follow-up. All through the process of selling our 40-year-old home, Helen diligently and conscientiously kept us informed of the details we had to know and the choices we had to address concerning any problems that arose.
We found her communication skills to be excellent. She was able to clearly explain the complex details of our obligations as sellers as well as all the state rules and regulations that applied to the selling of our home. Additionally, Helen was wonderful in keeping us informed about what was happening in the often-confusing process of getting everything right for a home to sell.
