A quick text produced an overnight appointment and first face-to-face meeting with Dana, who then took several hours out of her day to show us multiple properties as we traveled through town one afternoon. Moving from another state, simultaneously selling a home there and buying one here, all within 4 weeks, proved to be a fast and furious (stressful?!) process. Amid too many adjustments and changes, Dana calmly and methodically navigated us through each step. We were completely unfamiliar with the area, and Dana never hesitated to help get all the little details we needed, from communicating frequently with the selling agent/sellers, to referrals, even right down to a cleaning company at the last second. Dana's knowledge, expertise and professionalism are surpassed only by her personal touch in caring for us individually. We have no doubt she gives the same to each of her clients.
