I am from northern Virginia. I was looking to purchase a home in Oak Island, North Carolina, I have no contacts or references in that area. I did a search on Google look for North Carolina real estate, brokers, top sales, etc. etc. Lindsey came up with about five or six other people she seem to have a good track record, I went to her Facebook page liked what I saw so I reached out with a text. She responded in about five minutes and she had the personality. I was looking for somebody I could deal with, but also knew the lay of the land down there I had already been looking at certain home. She agreed with some of them, and was able to negotiate a sales price that was better than what I had expected. That was just the beginning, throughout the process I felt like I was dealing with a friend not just an agent trying to make a commission anytime I had a question. She was responsive, when I didn't understand something in the process she took care of it, she hooked me up with contractors and other Type people that I may need down in that area since I am from northern Virginia. She stayed with me at the walk-through for two hours, probably longer than she expected to be there, but never took off even though it was running over, that was my fault because I had some contractors meet us there, and it took longer than I expected , her staff has been good about sending me any type of documents I need, and they always follow up to make sure I got it, we did a 1031 tax exchange. She worked with that company as well. Everything ran perfectly smooth. I cannot imagine that it could've ever gone any better. Lindsey has offered to still be there if I have anything that comes up in the future and I appreciate that , again she gives off a feeling of friendship, not just business. I've been a small business owner for years. I have a good perception when it comes to picking out talent and then doing what they tell me to do, she would go right in that description . I would have no problem referring Lindsey to anybody.
