Lindsey was amazing. When I say always available, she truly was. Didnt matter if it was 6am, midnight or she was on vacation, if we had a question, she was on top of it. Its important to have a realtor who will be there for you, calm your nerves, have your back and your best interest. She put the work in and stayed on top of everything. Very detail oriented, I would highly recommend her.
Where do I even begin with the Wagers team, they truly are more than just realtors, they have become dear friends of ours in this past year we've been working with them. I know a lot of people say this kind of stuff, but you really cannot get any better than this and I mean that in the best way.
Last year we decided to make the move from Ohio to Corbin. A simple Google search later I stumbled upon Lindsey, and after seeing her reviews and how genuinely invested she seemed in her work and clients I knew there was no other person I would rather work with. After leaving a message on her site, she emailed me not even an hour later so enthusiastic and ready to help us take this huge step. We ended up finding our home on the third or fourth trip looking around and we even were able to close about 2 weeks later!!! I don't know about you, but I haven't heard of many people able to close on a home in 2 weeks. The day we signed all our papers and got the keys, they even gifted us a sweet house warming gift and being that we aren't from the area that made it feel that much more like home.It really reminded us why we wanted to move here in the first place. It's taken us entirely too long to actually sit down and write this review but that is actually probably a good thing. For a little bit we thought we wanted to sell our home, we reached out to Lindsey and again she responded promptly and without judgement. About a month later we decided this is our home and we didn't want to leave, she was more than happy about our decision to stay. This just proves how invested she really is in not just her job but also in her clients. Not many realtors would be "happy" about wanting to take a home they're trying to sell off the market, at least I wouldn't think. But the Wagers team was nothing but overjoyed when they found out we wanted to stay. She has helped us with so much more but this review is already probably longer than most. There is really a million things I could say about these ladies, they are the absolute best realtors and some of our now dearest friends. If your'e looking to move anywhere near here, the Wagers team is definitely your go to. 2018
The overall buying experience with Watkins Reality was absolutely amazing. From the first initial contact I had with Lindsey and Priscilla they did an outstanding job. They were both professional and responsive. Without their motivation and knowledge, I feel we would not have gotten the house we wanted. They handled all of our question with quick accurate responses and made the process smooth. From start to finish they both did a wonderful job. The Wagers Team is highly recommended!

We were moving from a different state... Hawaii. We had a serious time difference and knew little about the area. She answered every question thoroughly, and almost immediately, it was as if there wasn't a time difference. She kept us updated on any properties we were interested in and stayed up until midnight on a Friday night writing our contract. We trusted her so implicitly that we didn't actually see our property before making an offer, she went and sent us videos and pictures.
