What a wonderful experience working with Shawn. With me living out of town having someone to trust is important. She went above and beyond even checking the cabin when power was out for a few days after a heavy snow storm! She is extremely professional and made everything so much easier for me. I highly recommend her!
Shawn was amazing the whole time we were trying to purchase. We searched for about 6 months for a house and had at least 10 showings. Shawn was always fast to reply and accommodate our needs and schedule even doing showings with just a few hours notice if needed. She even was able to schedule, show, and write an offer in a single day for us. She has amazing communication skills and easy to get in contact with whenever you need. We always felt like VIPs with Shawn as our realtor. She is optimistic, fun, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an aggressive, yet friendly realtor.
We looked at over two dozen houses, she even showed me a couple on Face time while I was in Colorado. She has a great deal of knowledge about the area and about construction.
