To my surprise, Amy displayed a remarkable level of annoyance at this simple and reasonable request, suggesting a lack of understanding of her role as a realtor.

After persistent follow-ups, I eventually received the video tour. However, my frustration deepened when I asked Amy to send an offer promptly, as I was genuinely interested in the property. Astonishingly, she outright refused to assist me as a cash buyer, disregarding my request and violating the fundamental principles of professionalism.

Amy Mollohan's refusal to work with a cash buyer not only demonstrates a lack of competence but also raises serious ethical concerns. This behavior is in direct violation of the GA act, and I am committed to reporting her actions accordingly.

Her conduct throughout this process has been nothing short of rude, untruthful, and unprofessional. I find it regrettable that someone with such a disregard for clients' needs and industry standards is allowed to operate under the license she holds.

If you are considering using Amy Mollohan to list your property, be forewarned that her treatment of potential buyers may result in lost opportunities and diminished offers. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for those contemplating her real estate services.

We could not have asked for a better experience dealing with Amy on not only the sell of our home but the purchase of our new one. She helped us ensure the house we were selling was set up so well that we literally had an offer within a day!
