Laranda is nice, professional and dedicated to make sure that you get the most money for your house. She went out of her way to travel up to Toledo (she lives an hour away), to personally check on me, and ensure that I was making progress on my house in order for me to get the price I wanted. She is communicative, and you feel like she is right by your side throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was left hanging, because Laranda was always there for me professionally, and as a friend (emotionally). When I was going through a rough time, Laranda physically came over to my house to help me fix up the things I needed help with. She is a go-getter, and went above and beyond for me! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to be by my side. I myself have a lot of anxiety in general, but Laranda said "Ana, just put your trust in me," ....and she delivered above my expectations. I highly recommend anyone to work with Laranda. You will not be disappointed! :)
