First of all, we had one hell of a ride with one of the properties we originally were trying to buy. Joe went out of his way to work with Veterans United (Our Lender) so that they would make right where they were wrong.
Joe was able to work his magic and we ended up on top financially on the next purchase with a much more appealing home that better fits our needs.
Joe is honest, beyond knowledgeable, and works his a** off.
Joe sent me a message at around 10 o clock one evening saying he was working on our file. All i could think was "Damnit Joe go to sleep!"
