Once we decided to rent the home, the process seemed effortless because Kimberly always has her "ducks in a row". Any time we contact her with questions or concerns, she either responds immediately or before the end of that day. If a third party is involved (eg. contractor, painter, etc), she even immediately contacts us to tell us when she expects a specific answer or work to be done. We appreciate Kimberly because she always comes well prepared, and with the mindset of giving quality service. We're enjoying our home and we truly enjoy working with Kimberly!
she was down to earth and worked through a difficult situation and worked hard with all the house plants at quicken loans which were really dishonest and made it more difficult then it had to be. thanks to kim she kept this train wreck on the rails untill the end and finally closed a month late.
