Working with Chris Dobbins was too short! He had practical and strategic advice to help us sell fast!
We had some unique and serious timeline challenges, which he, and his Intero infrastructure, were able to work easily with. Very creative problem solving. AND, one thing we notice right away, and IMO is Chris strength, is his ability to market our home, LIKE A ROCKSTAR!! Open houses, Facebook networking, and he hired a professional videographer, who produced a stunning video of our home.
Im sure we dont know all that he did, but from what we saw, he hit the market hard with our house, and the quick sale showed he is a consummate professional! Would use him again, if we were still in the area.
