He was always quick and honest in answering any questions, and he asked several on my behalf that I hadnt considered. He helped get us into our new home in an accelerated time frame because we had prior plans, and he went above and beyond to make our move as smooth as possible.
Mr. Lynch was the realtor for the buyers for our recent home sale. There was an agreed signed contract with a closing date. The closing was delayed by 3 days due to the sellers reportedly changing the funding for their down payment at the last minute. Mr. Lynch knew about the delay 3 days before closing but did not let us or our realtor know. Very little information was provided as we waited to close-past the legal date of closing. We also foolishly agreed to rent to the buyers prior to closing, and Mr Lynch, after the delay of receiving our funds at closing, argued against payment of the final day of rent.
