I was going through a touch time in my life, after all, as we all know 2020 isn't full of excitement and will probably be a year we wish not to remember.
I decided to purchase my first home, rather than continue to rent after my lease was scheduled to end September 13th. On July 29th after Stephanie was recommended to me by a my Mortgage Advisor, she immediately emailed me listings, answered any questions I had and that weekend on August 1st we locked into the Paiute house, Stephanie put an offer in and the purchase began. The house was officially ours on September 1st, yes 2 months later and through it all Stephanie stood right by my side.
