Marilyn was a Godsend! I was trying to buy a house in Skiatook while trying to sell my house in Fort Worth. The sale fell through twice before it finally sold. Marilyn was able to renew my contingency contract twice. She was in constant contact with me. I was unable to actually come to Skiatook to look at the house I wanted. Marilyn graciously showed it to my son and daughter-in-law. They took a video. I loved the house from the beginning and really wanted it. Marilyn made my dream come true. She took care of all sorts of details for me. She had become my friend. I closed on my house in Fort Worth and the next day was in Skiatook and closed on the house here.
