My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike in the purchase of our first home, and he exceeded the expectations I could have had in a realtor. Both my husband and I are Marine Veterans, so we used a VA Home Loan, as well as the benefits of the Homes for Heroes program, which is where I was connected with Mike. Since day one, Mike displayed a wide array of knowledge about this difficult and sometimes confusing housing market, he was extremely approachable, generous about his time (available nights and weekends for questions and showings,) and he was extremely patient. When it came to closing, Mike was batting in our corner the entire way, and even negotiated all the terms (and then some)that we asked for.
Mike was always on our side on every matter, and he understood what we truly wanted in a home. I expected the home buying process to be stressful, confusing, lengthy, and sometimes dreadful, but Mike was amazing at making the entire process a smooth and a stress-free one. Buying a home actually turned out to be an enjoyable process, and we owe most of that to Mike. We were finally able to find a home in our price range, in a great location, great school district, and it is absolutely everything we wanted in a home.
I couldn't recommend Mike enough for anyone looking for some peace of mind when buying a home! If you want a team player, a knowledgeable, friendly person, a master negotiator, and someone who is willing to bend over backwards to meet your needs, then Mike Morrison is your guy!
