Jackie is one of the most helpful, conscientious people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I had some difficulties getting approved to buy the vacation home I bought due to the fact that I am self-employed, and changes in the documentation rules during the Covid-19 situation are challenging to work through. The process took me about three months, and negotiations with three different lenders before I found the right one. I also live more than 2000 miles away, so I was not able to do any local errands during the entire process. Jackie went way above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in several ways. When one lender created some confusion by cancelling an appraiser's service that we needed done, Jackie dashed out to catch that appraiser in person and save the day. She made numerous trips out to the property to inspect things I was concerned about. She assisted with negotiations, keeping the seller patient while I needed more time extended, managed to get the price reduced based on some dead trees reported on the property that I never saw, met with plumbers who were there to inspect a problem and had them explain all the details of the work that was done, and she even traveled out to look at another property for me while the air was thick with smoke from the wildfires in the fall. You could not possibly ask for anyone to work as hard on your behalf as Jackie does. Its just the kind of person she is; she obviously takes pride in helping people get through the often difficult process of buying real estate to realize their dreams. Buying a house is probably one of the most worrisome, stressful things we put ourselves through, as well as one of the most joyous if everything goes well. This is THE realtor you want to work with.

I was referred to Jackie by a friend, And was not disappointed. She went above and beyond to help in the homebuying process. She answered all our questions in a timely manner and if she didnt know the answer she would find out and let me know as soon as she could.
