Weve searched and searched for the right property. While Debbies knowledge of the area and market are valuable, I am most thankful for her ongoing encouragement in a market that is difficult to find a home in. This market can be discouraging but Debbies optimism is what helped us get to the finish line. She helped us sell and buy. I never felt pressured to accept a low bid on our house. She was patient and understood our end goals. If we couldnt reach those goals we would just stay where we were. She priced our house $29,000 more than the first realtor we interviewed and we got it !
